Main control system for large megawatt wind turbines
With the continuous growth of global demand for renewable energy, the wind power industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. However, in the domestic market, wind power equipment manufacturers face significant challenges: wind turbine control systems that rely on C/C++language are limited by foreign frameworks such as Twincat, require the purchase of expensive plugins (such as Matlab interfaces), and have problems such as low execution efficiency and complex debugging. To this end, a well-known wind power equipment supplier has partnered with Sinsegye to explore innovative solutions for wind turbine control systems, in order to break through technological bottlenecks, achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and independent controllability.

Intelligent pitch control system
The current pitch drive capability depends on a single motor for each blade. As the load and power demand increase, the electric motor becomes larger and the gearbox speed ratio is also higher. The total torque is applied to the blade bearings through a small gear.
