Transfer coating machine
In the lithium battery manufacturing process, electrode coating is a core procedure that determines battery performance and safety. Its control precision and stability are directly related to product yield. Industry data shows that quality abnormalities caused by the coating process account for as high as 50%, making it a key bottleneck restricting capacity and quality improvement. Facing this common industry challenge, a lithium battery equipment manufacturer has established in-depth cooperation with Sinsegye, aiming to jointly build a more efficient and intelligent next-generation coater control system to break the boundaries of performance and cost. Based on this, Sinsegye went deep into the site and proposed an innovative iComputer solution targeting the complex control needs of the coating process. Centered on the independently developed SP7010 iComputer, it has launched a comprehensive innovation of the traditional control architecture.
