Sinsegye Debuts at the 2nd New-Quality Productivity Conference, with Multi-Industry Cases Interpreting New Paths for Industrial Intelligence

Recently, the 2nd New-Quality Productivity Data Element Industry Innovation Conference, themed "Expanding Scenarios, Optimizing Resources, and Enhancing Innovation Quality", was successfully held at the Zhongguancun Yonghe Hangxing Science and Technology Park in Beijing. As a member unit of the consortium, Sinsegye was invited to attend the event. Song Jianwei, the company's embedded system and operating system product expert, delivered a keynote speech titled "Case Sharing on the Promotion of Sinsegye MetaOS", demonstrating the innovative value of domestic industrial operating systems in their implementation across multiple industries.

Organized by the New-Quality Productivity Data Element Industry Innovation Consortium, the conference featured several thematic sessions. During the demand release and innovative product exhibition session, Song Jianwei stated: "Current industrial control systems are facing three core challenges—scattered control devices leading to data silos, insufficient computing power restricting intelligent implementation, and closed systems hindering collaborative innovation. Through its Integrated Control and Computation architecture, Sinsegye integrates discrete control devices into a unified, open, and intelligent industrial computing platform."

Traditional control devices such as PLCs and industrial computers are essentially "specialized computers", lacking unified standards and data connectivity. Based on a general computer architecture and the open-source real-time system Xenomai, MetaOS has built a dual-domain operating system consisting of a "non-real-time domain and a real-time domain". The non-real-time domain supports the Windows/Linux general software ecosystem, while the real-time domain ensures microsecond-level precision in motion control and data acquisition. Under this architecture, a single iComputer equipped with MetaOS can replace the traditional multi-device combination of "industrial computer + PLC + HMI". It reduces hardware costs by an average of 30% in scenarios such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, and laser cutting, and realizes unified device data access through built-in protocols including EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.

Song Jianwei cited several typical cases to demonstrate MetaOS's adaptability in different scenarios. He emphasized: "Only openness can form standards, and only standards can achieve scale. MetaOS is not only an operating system but also an important carrier for Sinsegye and its partners to jointly build an industrial intelligence foundation."

Sinsegye has long been active in the Xenomai open-source community, co-organizing multiple technical conferences and open-sourcing core modules such as real-time CAN drivers. Song Jianwei stated that in the future, Sinsegye will continue to promote the localized replacement and model innovation of MetaOS in fields such as high-end manufacturing, new energy, and industrial control.
This conference serves not only as a platform for connecting data elements with industrial innovation but also as an important window for Sinsegye to showcase the practical achievements of its industrial operating system. With the in-depth implementation of the new-quality productivity concept, the Integrated Control and Computation technical architecture is expected to provide more flexible and cost-effective underlying support for the intelligent transformation of China's manufacturing industry.
