South China Industry Fair Concludes! New Products & Four Demos on Show How Much Work Can Integrated Computing & Control Industrial PCs Save for Production Lines?

The 2026 South China International Industry Fair wrapped up successfully from June 10 to 12 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Hall). As a leading event for industrial automation, the fair showcased a wealth of cutting-edge technologies and innovative concepts. At Sinsegye’s booth, however, visitors asked less about technical parameters, and more practical questions:
- "Which devices can your product replace?"
- "How much cost can we cut compared with traditional solutions?"
- "How much can we shorten the commissioning cycle?"
- ......
Terms like integrated computing, vision & control, domestic replacement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement are widely heard across the industry. What manufacturers truly care about is tangible savings and practical benefits applied to their own production lines.

Our star new products made their collective debut at the show, alongside four live running demos. Visitors witnessed and experienced the solutions firsthand, getting a clear answer: what real value can a single iComputer bring to production lines?
Four New Products, Multiple Ways to Boost Efficiency & Cut Costs
SX28 Series iComputer

Traditional AI vision setups require a combination of industrial PC, PLC, motion control card and camera power supply — a bulky, costly and complicated configuration.
The SX28 Series covers all functions in one unit. Equipped with a 16TOPS NPU and 8-core high-performance CPU (3.8~5.1GHz), it runs vision inference and motion control simultaneously, eliminating the need for separate industrial PCs, PLCs and motion cards. Built-in full Gigabit PoE ports deliver power and data transmission via a single cable for cameras, removing extra power cords and modules. Onboard I/O, serial ports and CAN bus support additional modules for small I/O applications. With a wide operating temperature range of -10℃ to 60℃, it ensures stable operation and fewer downtime in high-temperature and dusty environments.
Core advantages: Fewer devices, simplified wiring, easier commissioning and lower maintenance. Ideal for precision electronics assembly, lithium battery inspection, high-end machine tools and other scenarios demanding high-precision vision and stable control.
SP5020 Series iComputer

Conventional solutions adopt four separate devices: PLC, motion control card, vision unit and HMI, each with independent software and commissioning workflows.
The SP5020 Series integrates logic control, multi-axis motion, AI vision and HMI on an AMD-based iComputer. All functions operate under one unified programming environment, cutting wiring workload by 70%.
Core advantages: Lower hardware procurement cost, 50% shorter commissioning time and optimized cabinet space. Perfect for robot workstations and general automated equipment — one unit replaces four separate devices.
SA Series Panel PC

An all-in-one industrial panel PC. The front serves as a touchscreen, while the built-in controller eliminates external hardware. Computing, control, vision and display are fully integrated within the panel.
Traditional setups need complicated wiring between touchscreen, PLC, motion card and vision unit. The SA Series features internal integration with zero external wiring.
Core advantages: Dramatically reduced wiring and fewer potential fault points. Widely applied in wind turbine main control and integrated operator stations; one panel can replace an entire control cabinet.
SRI Series I/O Modules

Standard I/O modules usually require protective cabinets against electromagnetic interference, water and dust. Featuring IP67 full sealing, the SRI Series delivers superior protection and strong anti-interference performance, supporting direct on-site deployment without extra enclosures.
Its IO-Link function enables remote parameter configuration, so on-site trips for commissioning and maintenance are no longer needed. Accurate fault location pinpoints faulty channels instantly, ending time-consuming blind troubleshooting.
Long-term Benefits:
- Wiring, labor and cabinet costs: Substantial reduction
- Commissioning and downtime for part replacement: Reduced by 60%–80%
- Maintenance and spare parts costs: Reduced by 20%–40%
These solutions are highly recommended for harsh working conditions in semiconductors, lithium batteries, wind power, photovoltaics and 3C electronics.
Four Live Demos: Integrated Computing & Control in Action
All demos run on standalone Sinsegye industrial PCs, which independently handle AI vision, motion control, logic processing and real-time monitoring.
Interactive Robot System

Combines AI decision-making, vision positioning and manipulator control. One single unit takes over tasks originally requiring three separate devices.
Intelligent Chip Sorting & Tray Loading System

Covers the full workflow of perception, decision and execution. It replaces the combination of industrial PC, PLC and robot controller, delivering remarkably faster response.
Full Closed-Loop Servo Press System

A breakthrough over the traditional patchwork of industrial PC, PLC and temperature controller. One industrial PC achieves closed-loop control of pressure, position, speed and temperature, with direct data connection to MES. A single device and unified software put an end to complicated multi-device commissioning.
Fully Integrated Vision Screw Driving System

Eliminates blind operation of coordinate machines. Equipped with SCARA robot and vision guidance, it supports product changeover within minutes and greatly cuts fixture costs. The system monitors torque throughout the process and automatically identifies screw slipping and incomplete fastening.
