As a core player in the CAS-affiliated industrial control sector, Sinsegye takes integrated computing & control as its core, independently develops the MetaOS dual-domain operating system, and deeply cultivates full-stack x86 architecture technologies to empower the upgrading of industrial intelligence. On March 31, 2026, the exchange event for Sinsegye visit and industrial control white paper was successfully held. Participants gained an in-depth understanding of Sinsegye’s development history and technical strength, held in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies in the industrial control field, explored new paths for industry development, and built consensus to promote technological innovation and industrial ecosystem construction in industrial control.

Sinsegye (Shenzhen) Computer System Co., Ltd. inherits its technical genes from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). As a CAS-affiliated enterprise, it shares scientific research resources with Sugon and Loongson Technology. Founded by a core expert team from the CAS Institute of Computing Technology, the company’s Founder and CEO Dr. Ma Jun combines academic and industrial experience, providing solid academic support and strategic guidance for the company’s development.

  

Headquartered in Shenzhen, the company has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Xi’an: Beijing and Xi’an focus on operating system R&D; Shanghai is responsible for software R&D and integrated software-hardware solutions for equipment; Suzhou houses a product testing center for performance and reliability verification; products are manufactured by Lenovo, also part of the CAS system.

  

Technically, the company deeply cultivates full-stack industrial intelligence technologies, independently develops the MetaOS dual-domain operating system supporting RTOS, and builds a system of “controller hardware + underlying operating system + upper-layer RTOS”. Based on the x86 architecture, its controllers adopt chips from Hygon, Intel, AMD and other manufacturers, overcoming key technologies such as motion control, AI toolchain, parallel computing and industrial bus, achieving independent and controllable software and hardware. The hardware director and technical experts of Sinsegye detailed the company’s technical architecture and product highlights. Guided by the core development philosophy of “realizing industrial intelligence based on computer technology and software definition”, the company has built a flexible product portfolio led by “iComputer”, centered on Automation, and supported by IO/Motion, realizing integrated computing & control of “PLC + industrial PC + motion controller + edge server” to precisely match the diverse needs of industrial scenarios.

  

Experts focused on the MetaOS operating system platform integrating real-time and non-real-time domains. Deployed on the company’s self-developed hardware (iComputer), the platform provides unified support for the application layer. Meanwhile, the company has developed cloud control algorithms and core control algorithms such as current loop, speed loop and position loop, achieving precise regulation of equipment operation.

  

Regarding the system architecture concerned by the industry, the company clarified that it currently focuses on the x86 architecture and will evaluate the application of other architectures according to market and technological dynamics in the future, maintaining the flexibility and forward-looking of its technical route.

In the exhibition hall, Sinsegye displayed a complete product matrix, forming a full-chain solution from controller hardware to operating systems and industrial software. The company provides customized services for different industry needs, such as adapting software and hardware solutions for 3C electronics, lithium battery, automotive manufacturing and other fields, and has served numerous customers including the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Social Security.

  

The controller products on site demonstrated excellent performance in multi-axis control, real-time performance and stability. Test data from the Suzhou Testing Center fully verified product performance: stable multi-axis operation of controllers, meeting millisecond-level control cycle requirements, and trouble-free long-term operation, ensuring efficient and stable operation of customers’ production lines.

In the exchange session, participants held heated discussions on technological innovation and ecological cooperation in industrial control. All agreed that industrial control, as the core link of intelligent manufacturing, faces opportunities and challenges such as accelerated technological iteration and urgent demand for localization replacement, requiring strengthened industry-university-research collaboration and in-depth industrial chain cooperation.
