Sinsegye Invited to Major Industrial Innovation Event in Guangdong and Delivers Keynote Speech
On June 27, the Grand Final of the 2026 Guangdong Mass Entrepreneurship Competition & Provincial Trials of the "Win the Future" National Entrepreneurship Competition, co-hosted by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province and Zhaoqing Municipal People’s Government, grandly kicked off at Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Star Lake Hotel.Liu Shengfu, Senior Vice President of Sinsegye, attended the event as a corporate representative and delivered a keynote speech titled From Technical Origins to Industrial Breakthroughs: Sinsegye’s Entrepreneurship Practice in Industrial Intelligence.
Leaders of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province attended the opening ceremony and announced the launch of the final. Du Minqi, Party Secretary and Director-General of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province, and Zhang Aijun, Secretary of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, were present and delivered addresses.Over 500 participants joined the event, including officials from the Youth Work Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Hong Kong, the Education and Youth Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao, Hong Kong Youth Development Bureau, Macao Economic and Technological Development Bureau, Macao Education and Youth Affairs Bureau, relevant provincial departments, human resources and social security bureaus across all 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong, as well as representatives from business incubators, financial institutions, industry associations, universities and enterprises.
During the keynote session, centered on the theme From Technical Origins to Industrial Breakthroughs, Mr. Liu shared Sinsegye’s four-year entrepreneurial journey in industrial intelligence from five dimensions: entrepreneurial origin, technical support, talent development, capital guarantee and corporate culture building.
Liu pointed out two structural pain points plaguing the industrial control sector:First, traditional PLCs feature limited computing power. Intelligent functions such as vision inspection and AI algorithms can only run with an extra industrial PC attached, resulting in bloated systems and high costs.Second, the industrial controller market has long been monopolized by overseas brands with closed black-box architectures, featuring dedicated hardware and locked software that create huge barriers for secondary development and AI upgrading.
Against this backdrop, Sinsegye took software-defined computing integrated with computer technology as its breakthrough. It precisely aligned the top-tier technical vision proposed by Academician Sun Ninghui with real industrial demands, focusing on the R&D of integrated computing & control industrial intelligent computers.
On technical breakthroughs, Liu elaborated on the R&D journey of self-developed dual-domain operating system MetaOS and unified development platform MetaFacture. He emphasized that only by mastering underlying core technologies including operating systems and development platforms can enterprises gain true initiative in subsequent AI adaptation and embodied intelligence evolution.
He concluded his speech with a profound insight gained from years of practice: There are no shortcuts in hard tech entrepreneurship. Steady and solid progress outweighs everything else.
