Technical principle:
The electromagnetic heating device uses a high-frequency power supply to apply a high-frequency induction magnetic field to the pipeline through a coil, forming a strong eddy current in the pipe wall, causing the pipe wall to heat up rapidly, and the medium in the pipeline is quickly heated. It has the characteristics of oil (water) electrical separation, safety and reliability, green and pollution-free, rapid heating, sensitive response, and simple installation.

Scope of application:
The electromagnetic heating device can heat any flowing medium produced from the ground, including crude oil, water, natural gas, etc. After heating, the outlet temperature can reach 20-120℃. At present, it is widely used in wellhead crude oil heating, natural gas heating, and storage tank circulation heating in domestic oil fields. It can operate stably in high-altitude areas, basins, and seashores. Raise the temperature of crude oil and improve the fluidity of crude oil, thereby increasing crude oil production.

    Safety:

    Intelligent design:

    Energy saving:

    1. Crude oil heating

    During the development of heavy oil, cold transportation in winter is difficult; the original heating method is underground medium frequency heating; underground heating has high heat loss, low thermal efficiency and high energy consumption. Solution: Electromagnetic heating is installed at the wellhead to quickly heat up the crude oil in the pipeline, improve the fluidity of crude oil, and thus reduce the back pressure.

     

    2. Heat transfer oil tracing

    In super-heavy oil production wells, the crude oil outflow temperature is relatively high, but at the end of the oil well cycle, the crude oil outflow temperature of some oil wells will become lower, resulting in high back pressure of the single platform due to low oil temperature and poor fluidity before the crude oil on a single platform is collected in the gathering and transportation pipeline. Solution: Use electromagnetic heating device to heat the heat transfer oil, and use the circulation system to heat the oil pipeline of a small-scale single platform.

    3. Heating of high-pressure gas wells

    Due to the extremely high pressure conditions of natural gas wells, during the process of depressurization at the station, the pressure change causes the pressure relief valve to freeze and block, affecting production. Solution: Due to the high pressure and flammability of natural gas wells, the requirements for electric heating equipment are relatively high. Use explosion-proof electric heaters dedicated to gas wells to heat high-pressure gas, so that the pressure relief valve will not freeze and block during the depressurization process, and will not affect production.

    4. Air source electric heating

    The air source electric heating device consists of an air source electric heater, a circulating water pump, a special heat exchanger for crude oil, a power control box, etc. The air source electric heater absorbs the heat in the air and releases it into the circulating water after compression. The circulating water is transported to the inside of the special heat exchanger for crude oil through the circulating pump to achieve crude oil heating. The device absorbs energy from the air, and the air energy is inexhaustible. It can fully reduce energy consumption and achieve energy saving effects.
