The plug-in I/O terminal adopts a combination structure of coupler module, power module, and I/O terminal. The coupler connects expandable I/O terminals to a real-time industrial Ethernet system, and the backplane uses SC bus. The coupler module is responsible for fieldbus communication, thereby achieving real-time data exchange between I/O terminals and couplers/controllers.

The SI20 series industrial light source ‌ is a high-brightness modular light source independently developed by Sinsegye. This series of light sources adopts the third-generation high uniformity LED array technology, supporting stepless brightness adjustment (0-100%), stroboscopic synchronous triggering and multi-channel independent control functions. Users can select the corresponding functions to achieve customized support such as multi-source networking, light intensity curve programming, and abnormal light attenuation early warning.

The SD-V3012 series industrial IEPE accelerometer simultaneously measures vibration and temperature. The accelerometer consists of an internal circuit and a dual-wire IEPE system, which transmits its low-impedance voltage output through the same cable to provide a constant current power supply. The integrated thermal sensor transmits the output temperature through a voltage signal. The signal is internally shielded and isolated from the housing. Polarity inversion protection in amplification circuits is inherent in circuit design. The welded stainless steel structure provides a sealed housing. The standard M12 glass insulated connector offers long-term stability within the operating temperature range. In addition to adhesive installation, the SD-V3012-100 also has 14-28 threaded holes for installing studs on the test object.

The SD-V3012 series offers a wide frequency response and shock resistance, making it an ideal choice for industrial vibration monitoring in environments with associated shocks. The model 22A-L of the cable is a sensor matched with an M12 connector.

The SD-DA7008/7016 series intelligent data collector is a multi-channel state acquisition system, specifically designed for monitoring the non-steady-state operation of industrial critical equipment. The product features 8-channel, 16-channel, and 24-channel acceleration and temperature acquisition, rotational speed measurement, and slow variable acquisition. The most distinctive feature of the system is its modular design, which supports up to 24 channels of acceleration and temperature acquisition. It can also be configured as 12 channels of slow-changing physical quantity acquisition, such as pressure, temperature, voltage, and current. The product is equipped with key-phase acquisition and has configurable I/O input/output modes.

The intelligent data acquisition unit is applicable to equipment such as compressors, pumps, fans and motors. It can have an effect in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, steel, water affairs, cement, and mining.

The SD-GW5000 series machine condition monitoring data receiver is an internal and external communication conversion device for machine condition monitoring diagnostic instruments. Internal communication is carried out through Zigbee wireless technology for data transmission and management, and it supports external communication forms such as WiFI, 4G and Ethernet.
