The plug-in I/O terminal adopts a combination structure of coupler module, power module, and I/O terminal. Wired Sensor
The SD-V3012 series industrial IEPE accelerometer simultaneously measures vibration and temperature. The accelerometer consists of an internal circuit and a dual-wire IEPE system, which transmits its low-impedance voltage output through the same cable to provide a constant current power supply. The integrated thermal sensor transmits the output temperature through a voltage signal. The signal is internally shielded and isolated from the housing. Polarity inversion protection in amplification circuits is inherent in circuit design. The welded stainless steel structure provides a sealed housing. The standard M12 glass insulated connector offers long-term stability within the operating temperature range. In addition to adhesive installation, the SD-V3012-100 also has 14-28 threaded holes for installing studs on the test object.

The SD-DA7008/7016 series intelligent data collector is a multi-channel state acquisition system, specifically designed for monitoring the non-steady-state operation of industrial critical equipment. The product features 8-channel, 16-channel, and 24-channel acceleration and temperature acquisition, rotational speed measurement, and slow variable acquisition. The most distinctive feature of the system is its modular design, which supports up to 24 channels of acceleration and temperature acquisition. It can also be configured as 12 channels of slow-changing physical quantity acquisition, such as pressure, temperature, voltage, and current. The product is equipped with key-phase acquisition and has configurable I/O input/output modes.
