Sinsegye technology originates from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The founding team is composed of core experts from the Institute of Computing, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All of them have nearly 20 years of experience in research and development of industrial intelligent computing control technology. Sinsegye is another computer architecture enterprise of the the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences after Dawning Information 、Hygon 、Loongson Technology、Cambricon、Lenovo. It is mainly engaged in product research and development and sales of "industrial intelligent computers based on PC technology (a computer architecture)".

Industrial intelligent computers, as the "brain" of industrial production line equipment, are the core computing devices for data calculation, processing, and control instruction issuance in industrial sites. They are the computing base for industrial intelligence. Sinsegye currently has over 200 employees and has production, research, testing, and sales centers in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuhan, Xi'an, Hefei, Xinjiang, and other places in China. Overseas, it has research and development and sales centers in Germany and other places.
