High-Voltage Wiring Harness Automated Production Line

With the booming development of the new energy vehicle market, increasingly stringent requirements have been imposed on the manufacturing precision, reliability and production efficiency of high-voltage wiring harnesses — the "main artery" of vehicle power transmission. Traditional production models relying on manual labor and semi-automated equipment are confronted with bottlenecks in consistency, efficiency and traceability. Against this backdrop, based on the "iComputer + UniVision" integrated control-vision-computing solution, Sinsegye has built a full-process automated and intelligent production line for high-voltage wiring harnesses for industry customers. The line compresses the production cycle time (CT) to 15 seconds per single end of a harness, with the yield rate stably maintained at 98.5%, providing a reliable benchmark for large-scale, high-quality production of high-voltage wiring harnesses.
