In December 2025, Sinsegye completed its Series B2 financing of RMB 300 million. The round was led by GUANGDONG TECHNOLOGY FINANCIAL GROUP CO.,LTD, GDD INVESTMENT GROUP, and BOC Capital, with existing shareholders including Bojiang Capital, Lenovo Capital, GreatOrigin Asia Capital, and China Reform Securities Capital making oversubscribed follow-on investments.

  

Since its establishment in August 2022, Sinsegye has successfully completed 7 rounds of financing consecutively. Following this round, the company will continue to increase investment in areas such as the iteration and innovation of general-purpose industrial intelligent computing terminals (iComputers), the ecological expansion and deepening of the dual-domain operating system (MetaOS), the functional enhancement and experience improvement of the unified development environment (MetaFacture), and the innovative iteration and open transplantation of the real-time runtime core (MetaCore). It will continuously strengthen its moat in the high-end industrial automation field and build an open, collaborative, independent, and controllable industrial intelligent control system.

  

Sinsegye’s industrial intelligent computers integrate functions such as real-time control, motion control, intelligent vision, edge computing, configuration display, human-machine interaction, and robotics. They feature high real-time performance and strong computing capabilities, with hard real-time task response speed (stably reaching microsecond level), and the real-time performance, stability, and axis-carrying capacity of multi-axis synchronous motion control maintaining a leading position globally. In terms of software, the independently developed dual-domain operating system (MetaOS) adopts a dual-kernel architecture to ensure the deterministic execution of "hard real-time" control tasks while being compatible with a rich general IT ecosystem. The self-developed unified development environment (MetaFacture) is highly open, scalable, and user-friendly. Starting from these two core basic software, Sinsegye has built a horizontally universal hardware and software platform, providing strong support for the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.

In terms of business, since its establishment, Sinsegye’s revenue has maintained rapid growth of more than 3 times for consecutive years. Focusing on mid-to-high-end control fields such as pan-semiconductors, pan-energy, and pan-precision processing, the company has formed close cooperation with multiple benchmark and strategic customers in these industries, with several customers achieving batch replication with annual contract amounts or supply volumes exceeding tens of millions of RMB.
