Basic principle:

After the system is powered on, the heating element generates "Brownian motion" under the action of the electric field, and the carbon molecules generate heat energy through violent friction and collision. The heat energy is transferred to the inside of the tube in a conduction manner on the surface of the planar ring, so that the temperature of the liquid in the tube rises rapidly.

For the flat heating element, the heat energy radiates outward in the form of infrared rays to heat the medium.

Innovation:

The heating system is compounded on the surface of the metal tube substrate in a planar form, with a large system area and a high heat mass exchange rate. The thickness of the insulation layer is only 0.7 mm, the thermal resistance of the heat transfer path is small, and the electric heat conversion efficiency reaches 98.8%.

The insulation material does not oxidize or carbonize under long-term operation at high temperatures below 200°C, and the thermophysical and insulation properties are stable. The product equipment has been used in practical applications in complex field environments in the petroleum industry for a long time, with an operating time of more than 100,000 hours, and is still running smoothly.

    Single-well electric heating furnace:

    This product is designed for remote single wellheads;
    The core heating tube is independently developed by our company, with a thermal efficiency of up to 98.8%;
    This product is a straight-through tube with no resistance heating, which is very suitable for heating crude oil, thermal oil and other media;
    The heater is suitable for liquid volume: daily output below 30 cubic meters, outlet temperature below 80.
    Heating medium: water, oil-water mixture.
    Working environment temperature: -60—50℃.

    Integrated electric heating furnace:

    This product is designed for platform wellheads (the equipment can be connected to 4 oil wells);
    This product adopts an integrated design, with the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, low procurement cost and use cost;
    It comes with an intelligent control system: the control cabinet collects the operating status, fault status, heating element temperature of the electric heater, and crude oil temperature signal in the electric heater, and has parameter display, power indication, working indication and fault indication, and local and remote start and stop operation functions.

    Electric heating furnace for elevated tank and single well station heating:

    This product is designed for elevated tank heating and single well station heating;
    This product has the characteristics of small size, high thermal efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection;
    This product adopts an integrated explosion-proof design.

    System structure:

    The metal tube is used as the substrate, and the surface is composed of a transition layer, an insulating layer, a heating layer, and a heat-insulating layer, which constitutes a graphene electric heating film heating system (see Figure 1).

    The heating element is directly coated on the surface of the substrate with ceramics, glass and other insulators as the substrate, and the heat is evenly heated by radiation (see Figure 2).

    Application cases of oil production operations:

    Gaosheng Oil Production Plant: Due to the dispersion of remote wells and the lack of pipelines to transport natural gas, the crude oil at the wellhead is difficult to transport in the pipeline in winter due to the increased viscosity of crude oil. Therefore, our company's electric heating film wellhead heater is used. After being put into operation, the power consumption is calculated by the electric meter. Compared with the gas water jacket furnace, it is lower than the water jacket furnace energy consumption. The on-site measured heating efficiency is 98.04%. After years of operation, the electric heating film heater has the following characteristics;

    Long service life. Although the use time of dozens of heaters purchased is different, no major faults have occurred. Only the control system has had minor faults. The main part of the heater has not had any faults so far. It has been running for more than 60,000 hours and is still running smoothly.
    Energy saving. Three electric heating tube heating furnaces are installed in oil wells with similar production, and compared with the electric heating film heaters. The power consumption is measured by the meter. Compared with the ordinary electric heating tube heating furnace, the electric heating film heater saves 30% of electricity.
    Easy to operate, set the required outlet temperature, and start operation after power supply.

    Wellhead elevated tanks and ground tanks application cases:

    Wellhead elevated tanks and ground tanks are used for crude oil turnover storage. In order to facilitate transportation, they need to be heated (periodic heating is used in spring, summer and autumn, and 24-hour heating is used in winter). The volume of elevated tanks and ground tanks is generally 50 cubic meters. To ensure the heating effect, high-power heating equipment is used, which has high energy consumption.
    The wind-heated solar heater is deeply integrated with the graphene film electric heater, and the control of light-heat, wind-heat, light-wind and electric-heat regulation parameters is increased to form a complete set of light-heat-electric complementary heating system. The innovative use of elevated tank crude oil as an energy storage medium has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and can effectively reduce electricity costs.
