Electric heating equip...
Basic principle:
After the system is powered on, the heating element generates "Brownian motion" under the action of the electric field, and the carbon molecules generate heat energy through violent friction and collision. The heat energy is transferred to the inside of the tube in a conduction manner on the surface of the planar ring, so that the temperature of the liquid in the tube rises rapidly.
For the flat heating element, the heat energy radiates outward in the form of infrared rays to heat the medium.
Innovation:
The heating system is compounded on the surface of the metal tube substrate in a planar form, with a large system area and a high heat mass exchange rate. The thickness of the insulation layer is only 0.7 mm, the thermal resistance of the heat transfer path is small, and the electric heat conversion efficiency reaches 98.8%.
The insulation material does not oxidize or carbonize under long-term operation at high temperatures below 200°C, and the thermophysical and insulation properties are stable. The product equipment has been used in practical applications in complex field environments in the petroleum industry for a long time, with an operating time of more than 100,000 hours, and is still running smoothly.
