In the first stage, an open high real-time multi servo axis motion control solution is provided to the customer through an AI real-time operating system combined with EtherCAT bus, and an HMI interface is provided to the customer; In the second stage, visual, laser, infrared and other detection industrial software will be deployed in the non real time operating system of the industrial intelligence machine, integrating multiple businesses such as silicon wafer quality control process loading, full inspection, data analysis, and material sorting into one controller hardware platform to meet the sorting and detection needs of silicon wafer products.
