In the field of electrical equipment manufacturing, precise sorting and positioning of silicon steel sheets is a key link in improving production efficiency and product quality. A well-known electrical equipment manufacturer is facing multiple challenges such as low production efficiency, strict cost control, and complex production data management. It urgently needs an efficient, stable, and intelligent silicon steel sheet cutting machine to optimize its production line. In this context, Sinsegye has designed an intelligent upgrade plan for the control system with SP7022 iComputer as the core.

  • Equipment structure: Each device is equipped with four pairs of gantries to achieve alternating supply of materials.
  • Visual configuration: Configure 6 sets of USB driven roller shutter cameras to achieve linkage control between industrial intelligence machines and vision.
  • Data storage: Large amounts of data are saved in the event of a power outage (such as production codes, location information, scheduling production information, etc.).
  • System performance: The controller needs to meet the requirements of efficient data processing and fast response
  • Communication requirements: Real time domain RS485 communication, reading energy meter information; Non real time domain RS232 communication, controlling light source exposure.
