The fully automatic dual station laser parallel coding machine includes a code reading gun, laser ranging system, MES interaction, and multiple station laser marking. It is currently used for coding and marking single crystal silicon rods, and is also used for round and square rods. The overall equipment adopts a modular design, consisting of multiple modules such as MES communication, code reader communication, laser ranging analysis, motion control system, laser marking system, etc.
The commonly used method for such devices is a multi control system consisting of an industrial computer, marking card, and axis motion card, which is discrete and difficult to expand.
The main control of the device now adopts our SP7000Se iComputer, which is multi-functional, axis control, IO, and data analysis can be completed without adding any peripherals, providing effective guarantee for the stable operation of the device.
